At The Movement Studio, we offer a host of classes in dance and Pilates.

Our dance classes are focused on the development of "technique"- the ability to execute difficult dance movements through scaffolding of training for strength, power, endurance, flexibility and grace. We empower our students- across age groups- with the knowledge to make healthier food choices and lifestyle changes- to aid their dancing because we recognize that these play an important role in their well-being and in their ability to do their best in class. We offer recreational dance classes too- classes which do not utilize difficult technique, but are more about developing movement awareness and dance skills.

We work with a vision for our students and ourselves and take immense pride in our ability to value our commitment to this vision. Feedback is always welcome and taken seriously.
