Service Description

The child of today is unlike yesterday's children. She is online and faces many challenges and anxieties. There's eco anxiety, loss of free play and open spaces, the isolation of COVID which had long-term health impact, social media and screen related anxieties and addictions. Children mature earlier than before; they are intelligent and sensitive to conversations around LGBTQ+ and other identities. These sessions are about the power of breath, of naming emotions to be able to navigate them, understanding conflict among their age group, navigating friendships, consent, touch- among other topics- are taught through interactive games, play, movement, art and colourful work sheets.
